LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Oldham County is taking its smoking ban one step further.

The county's fiscal court voted to remove exemptions and add e-cigarettes to the ban. That means they'll no longer be allowed in restaurants, bars, bingo halls and other public places in Oldham County.

The Coalition for a Smoke-Free Tomorrow is hailing the move, saying the change recognizes that everyone has the right to breathe clean air.
