Five people arrested after pot, guns and ammo allegedly found in Bullitt County home
Police allegedly seized over four pounds of marijuana, several vials of steroids, drug paraphernalia, guns and several hundred rounds of ammunition.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Five people were arrested Thursday night after Shepherdsville police say they found marijuana, guns and several hundred rounds of ammunition inside a home in Bullitt County.
According to a Facebook post by the Shepherdsville Police Department, members of the department's Street Crimes Unit searched a home in the 200 block of Seminole Court, just west of the intersection of Preston Highway and Old Beech Grove Road, Thursday night.
While there, police allegedly seized over four pounds of marijuana, several vials of steroids, drug paraphernalia, guns, an AR-15 rifle and several hundred rounds of ammunition.
"Marijuana was found in every bedroom of the home," arrest reports state.
Police arrested five people: 18-year-old Shane Snyder, 45-year-old Melissa Snyder, 28-year-old Justin Clayton, 26-year-old Alexus Pollard and 46-year-old Paul Lydick. They are all charged with trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in a controlled substance (anabolic steroids), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of medical records.
They are currently being held in the Bullitt County Detention Center.
