LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Tim Laird has a new book filled with all your favorite Kentucky recipes.
Tim stopped by WDRB In the Morning to show us two featured items in his new book, a Bacon Pimento Cheese, and a Blueberry Julep.
His book, The Bourbon Country Cookbook: New Southern Entertaining, is available on Amazon right now.
It will also be available for purchase at a launch party later this week.
Tim collaborated with David Danielson, Executive Chef at Churchill Downs on the book, along with photographer Dan Dry.
A launch party for the book will be held Thursday, April 26, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, at the Frazier History Museum.
There will be a meet and greet with three featured cocktail samples paired with three food samples all from the book.
