LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Executive Chef Anoosh Shariat and Chef Mark Ford from Anoosh Bistro create a pair of delicious Derby dishes.
Chef Ford makes a local, grass-fed beef topped with a bourbon and coffee sauce. The sauce also has country ham.
The second dish is from Executive Chef Shariat. He makes a dish he calls a "shrimp julep." Chef Shariat's secret ingredient in this dish is maple syrup from Pappy Van Winkle.
