ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Hardin County man is scheduled in court Monday for allegedly sexually abusing a child. 

Elizabethtown Police Officer John Thomas says 19-year-old Damin Diaz was arrested and charged with first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.  In both charges, the victim was  younger than 12. 

Thomas was not able to give details of what happened, but he said Diaz was arrested May 11. He is scheduled to be in court Monday and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
