LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Some four-legged friends helped students at a JCPS high school take a "paws" from a stressful week.
These puppies helped take the edge off stressed students at duPont Manual High School as they get ready for AP exams and finals.
Groups of dogs from The Arrow Fund Shelter stopped by Monday for a De-Stress Day. And it worked. There were smiles on the faces of every student that spent time with the adoptable animals.
Sophomore Elif Ozyurekoglu said it's a good release for students.
"They're so fun to play with! It just makes people feel good to know they're caring for the animals, and the animals are caring for them," Ozyurekoglu said.
The student senate helped organize the second annual De-Stress Day.
