LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The production of F-Series Super Duty trucks at the Kentucky Truck Plant in Louisville will be back up and running on Monday.

Thousands of workers will head back to work after a nearly two-week layoff.

The production line for the trucks shut down on May 5 after a fire at a parts supplier plant in Michigan.

Stamping and paint operations restarted late last week with full production expected on Monday.

Ford says many employees will be working overtime and extra shifts to try and make up the lost supply.
