LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After spending the season in the state's top ten, Trinity was ousted in the region seven quarterfinals, 2-1 by Ballard.  That was the biggest surprise as the 6th and 7th region baseball and softball tournaments got underway throughout Jefferson County Monday. All of the quarterfinals were played at the district winners.  The tournaments now move to the University of Louisville's Jim Patterson Stadium (baseball) and Ulmer Stadium (softball) for the semi-finals and finals.
