'Disorderly ducks' rescued at Spaghetti Junction by LMPD officers
Police sent a tweet saying the ducks were "attempting to hitchhike." No arrests were made.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say no arrests were made Wednesday when some "disorderly ducks" were spotted in the area of Spaghetti Junction.
According to a tongue-in-cheek Twitter post from the LMPD account, First Division officers spotted a female duck, along with her baby ducks, on the shoulder of the interstate. An image provided by police shows the ducks in a vulnerable part of the shoulder.
Police say the ducks were "attempting to hitchhike."
Two officers were able to safely remove the "quackers" from the shoulder.
Police say no arrests were made.
