LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Greater Clark County School system is looking to hire school bus drivers and monitors for the 2018-2019 school year. 

Training will be provided for the positions. Drivers with 10 years of experience can start at $20.25 per hour, and are guaranteed at least five hours a day. Starting pay for drivers without experience is $15 an hour; experienced substitute drivers can earn up to $20 per hour. 

Drivers are also eligible for the full benefit package, including access to the GCCS health clinic, where there is no co-pay and generic prescriptions are free. They can also earn extra hours driving for midday trips and field trips.

Bus monitors will be paid $50 per day for a guaranteed five-hour day with no benefits.
