LEXINGTON, Ky. (WDRB) -- University of Kentucky Police are looking for a suspect after a string of burglaries.

Campus police say they are investigating the following thefts, which could be connected:

  • On May 22, someone entered an unoccupied room at Kroger Field and stole items
  • On May 28, tools were stolen from an unoccupied office at Bowman Hall
  • Also on May 28, several items, including laptop computers and three iPads were taken from several unoccupied offices inside the Funkhouser Building
  • On June 1, a laptop computer was taken from an unoccupied office at the Bosomworth Health Sciences Research Building
  • On June 5, a small amount of money and food were taken from an unoccupied office in the Funkhouser Building

Police say they are looking for a suspect. Authorities say he is a white male, stands between 5'6 and 5'10, weighs between 150 and 180 pounds and has brown hair and some facial hair.
