LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man has pleaded guilty to several charges in connection with a crash that killed a woman two years ago.  

Jeremy Wright pleaded guilty to manslaughter, wanton endangerment, assault and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. A 10-year sentence was recommended. 

The crash happened on June 4, 2016, at the I-265 southbound ramp leading to Dixie Highway. According to court documents, Wright lost control of his vehicle and rear-ended a second vehicle.

The impact caused a chain reaction involving two other vehicles. As a result of the crash, Renee Lobb was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Four other people were injured. 

Wright is scheduled to be appear at a formal sentencing hearing on Aug. 20 at 9:30 a.m.
