LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The University of Louisville may have lost its 2013 championship banner, but on Friday night, the team will celebrate the victory.

The 2013 men's basketball team is hosting a reunion celebration at 4th Street Live!

It's been four months since the NCAA took away the team's National Championship title following a sex scandal involving prostitutes. All of the players from the national championship team will be there, except for Gorgui Dieng, who had prior obligations in Senegal.

Luke Hancock hopes for a big fan turnout.

"For them to get the opportunity to relive that with us is going to be pretty special," Hancock said.

"It will just be a lot of fun," he added. "We want people to come out and relive the fun of the 2013 season."

A ticket is required. They start at $20. Gates open at 5:30 p.m., and the event starts at 6 p.m.
