U of L’s James Quick arrested for disorderly conduct
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) James Quick, a former football standout at the University of Louisville, is arrested early Saturday morning. The 23-year-old is facing disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing misdemeanor charges.
According to an arrest report, a detective was working off-duty at Baxter's 942 Bar & Grill. Just before 3 a.m. an employee notified the detective that Quick was fighting with someone at the restaurant and he refused to leave. According to police, the detective asked Quick to leave again. After refusing several times, Quick was arrested.
He was released from jail on a $500 bond on Saturday. He is set to be arraigned July 5.
The Trinity football star played for U of L from 2013-2016 before was signed by Washington Redskins, but was waived.
