COLUMBUS, Ind. (WDRB) -- It took just 18 seconds for two men to break into a Columbus gun shop, raid the display and leave.

It happened around 4:30 a.m. Thursday at the Watson Chambers Defense Institute on 17th Street. The Columbus Police Department said the men broke the glass on the front door to get in and stole several guns. In a social media post, the police said the men wore gloves and covered their faces.

Investigators reviewed the store’s security cameras and discovered the suspects were in and out in a flash before they got away with several guns.

Anyone with tips or information can report them anonymously to the Columbus Police Department by calling 812-376-2600.
