Louisville man convicted in infant's death sentenced to prison
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man convicted of manslaughter in the death of a five-month-old boy will spend 30 years in prison.
Leon Montgomery was sentenced by a judge on Tuesday morning in Louisville.
Noah Ballard-Jones died in 2016 at the hospital after being in a coma.
Police say Noah suffered fractured ribs, arm and leg fractures and a fractured skull.
Montgomery's ex-girlfriend and Noah's mother, Brittney Ballard, is also charged with criminal abuse.
Her trial is scheduled to start in December.
