LMPD officers caught red-handed playing kickball in Smoketown
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Some officers with the Louisville Metro Police Department were caught being kids at heart.
A woman says she thought something bad had happened in the Smoketown neighborhood when she saw several police cars. She then realized that police had pulled over just to get out and play kickball with some kids on Lampton Street, near Bates Memorial Baptist Church.
She loved that is was so spur-of-the-moment, and that the police were doing it without any publicity -- so she decided to share the news herself on Facebook.
