Louisville woman accused of sodomizing man outside Baxter Ave. bar
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville woman was arrested early Wednesday morning after police say she sodomized a man while he lay passed out inside his vehicle outside a Baxter Avenue restaurant.
According to an arrest report, the incident took place outside Baxter's 942 Bar and Grill, near Highland Avenue, at 4 a.m.
Louisville Metro Police say a man was passed out inside a vehicle at that location, when 59-year-old Sarah Mullins climbed inside, pulled down his clothes and began fondling him.
When a nearby individual saw what was happening, they pulled Mullins off the man. Police say the manager of the restaurant repeatedly told Mullins to leave, but she refused.
She was eventually arrested by Louisville Metro Police and charged with first-degree sodomy and third-degree criminal trespassing.
