Elizabethtown Police warning residents of 'serial' burglary spree
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Elizabethtown Police Department said a "serial residential burglary spree" has lasted several weeks on the north end of town.
In a release on its Facebook page, the department said a special investigative task force formed, though it's unclear exactly where the burglaries have occurred or what was stolen.
The department is asking residents to look out for suspicious people or cars in their neighborhoods, particularly at night. It's also reminding people to keep doors and windows locked and keep all valuables out of visibility.
If you have any information about the case, you're asked to call the Elizabethtown Police Department or Hardin County Crimestoppers at 800-597-8123.
