LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Get ready for some lane closures on I-65 starting Monday.

Crews will be inspecting the Kennedy Bridge, which they do every two years.

Inspectors will be using rope access techniques to climb the bridge, eliminating the need for full lane closures.

Brief "rolling" lane closures on I-65 South are possible between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. while crews are dropping off employees and equipment.

Crews also plan to inspect the Abraham Lincoln Bridge during the week of Sept. 4.
