LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville waste management plant went up in smoke Sunday evening. 

MetroSafe told WDRB fire crews responded to a working fire at the plant on Grade Lane, just south of the Louisville International Airport, around 7:21 p.m. Sunday. 

No injuries were reported at the time the fire was reported, according to MetroSafe.

WDRB viewers said large black plumes of smoke could be seen in the area.
