LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville City FC spotted visiting North Carolina FC a goal in the first half, but Cameron Lancaster made United Soccer League history with two goals in the second for a 2-1 victory on a night the home club honored breast cancer survivors at Louisville Slugger Field.

Lancaster's goal from near midfield early in the second half was his 23rd of the season, breaking the USL single-season record for goals. He added his 24th in the 84th minute off a through ball from Ilija Ilic in the 84th minute.

The victory keeps LouCity in sole possession of second place the USL Eastern Conference.
