Police say 25 pounds of meth, 3 kilos of heroin found inside Louisville man's home
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man after authorities say several pounds of illegal drugs were found inside his home.
Andrew Anderson, 51, was arrested on Tuesday.
According to an arrest report report, LMPD officers and FBI agents executed four search warrants in connection with a long-term investigation.
Authorities searched Anderson's home in the 4900 block of Hunter Point Circle, which is not far from Lower Hunters Chase and Dixie Highway.
Police say about 25 pounds of meth, about three kilos of heroin and a large amount of cash were found in Anderson's bedroom.
Authorities say Anderson gave a recorded statement admitting that he had the drugs in his possession.
Anderson is charged with trafficking in meth and heroin.
