LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Flames engulfed a storage shed behind The Fish House restaurant in the Highlands late Thursday night, but the restaurant itself wasn’t damaged by the fire.

The fire at the Highlands eatery started around 10:40 p.m. on Winter Avenue, near Barret Avenue.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but it's not believed to be arson. No one was inside the building at the time, and the restaurant was closed.

Louisville Fire and Rescue says the fire didn't cause any damage to the restaurant, only to its storage facility. The Health Department says power was cut to the restaurant, and there is also a hole in the roof.

It plans to inspect the building once the owner finishes cleanup and repairs.

There’s no word yet on when it will reopen.
