David Camm seeks third trial

The former Indiana State Trooper covicted twice of murdering his family hopes to be tried a third time.

David Camm is appealing his murder conviction to the Indiana Supreme Court this week.

Lawyers for Camm will try to convince the court that his second murder conviction in the killing of his wife and their two children should be set aside.  Arguments are set for Thursday.

Defense attorneys believe jurors should have heard more evidence at trial about the involvement of co-defendant Charles Boney.

Camm is serving a life sentence without possibility of parole.
