Second arrest in theft of tombstones from Bullitt County

Police have arrested a second man in connection with the theft of tombstones in Bullitt County.

Officers believe the two are part of a group that stole tombstones from monument companies in Lebanon Junction and Franklin, Kentucky.  Police arrested one man Monday after they found several of the markers in his front yard.

Jeffrey Walker of Lebanon Junction pleaded not guilty to 19 counts of receiving stolen property in a court hearing Tuesday.

The second man arrested is Terry Walden of Lebanon Junction.  He faces 20 counts of receiving stolen property.

Police anticipate more arrests in the case.
