Indiana man accused of calling in fake prescriptions to pharmacies

An Indiana man is behind bars after police say he called in fake prescriptions to pharmacies.

Indiana State Police say 20-year-old Kenneth Mullikin of Charlestown, Indiana impersonated two doctors over the phone while calling in fake prescriptions to pharmacies in Clarksville.

They say the prescriptions Mullikin attempted to receive were Percocet and Oxycontin -- both controlled substances.

Mullikin was arrested on a warrant for four counts of violation of the Legend Drug Act.
