Man shot in road rage incident could testify Monday

It's unclear if a man shot during a road rage incident will testify before a grand jury Monday morning.

An attorney for Wesley Mosier says the 52-year old spent yesterday at University Hospital after coughing up blood.  Sunday night, Mosier is at home recovering.  His attorney says if he is able he wants to testify Monday.

Mosier was shot last month outside this Thornton's gas station in Jeffersonville.  Yalanda Parrish says she shot Mosier in self-defense, as he approached her car near 10th Street and Allison Lane.
