Second trial underway for Denny Wages

The first jury could not agree on a verdict for the Indiana man involved in a crash that killed an entire family four years ago.

So a second trial is underway for Denny Wages.  He is charged with three counts of reckless homicide.

Police say in June, 2004, Wages' pick up truck crossed the center line on U.S. 150 near Greenville, Indiana hitting a car head on, killing 24 year old Kimberly Littrell, 27 year old Bobby Littrell, and their 2 year old daughter, Shelby.

If convicted, Wages faces 24 years behind bars.
