Woman indicted in road rage case

A Clark County grand jury says both people involved in a June road rage shooting are at fault.  But the panel has returned indictments against only one -- 39-year-old Yalanda Parrish of Jeffersonville.

Parrish faces charges of aggravated battery and criminal recklessness for the June 17th shooting of 52-year-old Wesley Mosier.

Parrish and Mosier had argued while driving along Highway 62.  Mosier was shot when he got off his motorcycle at a stop light and walked up to Parrish's SUV.

Yalanda Parrish could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
