Mayor talks about Ford's planned investment in Louisville
Mayor Jerry Abramson discussed Ford's planned investment in Louisville Thursday. In a speech to the Downtown Rotary Club the mayor emphasized the value of Ford's $100-million investment in the Kentucky truck plant and the tax revenue it will generate.
The investment will redo the inside of the assembly plant allowing Ford to make different vehicles like the Expedition, Lincoln Navigator and smaller cars.
The Mayor also talked about other developments like Museum Plaza and the arena and the importance of building positive relationships between Louisville and companies when making deals.
