Army sergeant could face more charges

The Army sergeant charged with killing a pregnant woman from Kentucky could face more charges.

Edgar Patino is accused of killing Megan Touma, who was seven months pregnant with his baby.  Her body was found in a motel bathtub last month.

Touma is from Cold Spring, Kentucky.

But both were stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina.

North Carolina does "not" have a fetal homicide bill.  But the military could file a charge of fetal homicide against Patino.
