Four elementary schools honored for 100% participation in Summer Reading Program

Working over the summer really paid off for a group of Louisville elementary school students.

Rangeland Elementary School was one of only four local elementary schools to have 100% participation in the Louisville Free Public Library's Summer Reading Program.

The mayor honored Rangeland, Mill Creek, Jacob, and Roosevelt-Perry with a visit and a trophy.

Every single student at those schools read at least ten books over the summer to get the honor.
