Man convicted of killing IU student Jill Behrman wants verdict overturned

The man convicted of killing an Indiana University student wants his guilty verdict overturned.

John Myers the 2nd is serving a 65-year sentence for the murder of Jill Behrman.  The 19-year-old IU student went missing during a bike ride in Bloomington in May of 2000.

Her remains were found three years later in a remote field.

Myers' attorneys claim a polygraph test he took tainted the jurors, and inappropriate testimony was given by two police officers.
