LMPD arrested three people after unruly crowds spilled onto Bardstown Road early Sunday morning, for the second weekend in a row.
Two weekends in a row, large crowds gathered along the busy entertainment corridor — blocking traffic, dancing on cars and, in one case, leading to arrests.
During a biweekly news conference Wednesday, LMPD said it plans to place more officers along the Highlands-Bardstown Road corridor, especially on weekends.
