As frustration grows over the rollout of Kentucky's COVID-19 vaccination program, Gov. Andy Beshear is urging patience.
The question arose after the Clark County Health Department in Indiana reported a number of incidents in which residents were "lying" to authorities in order to obtain a COVID-19 vaccine.
The governor plans to ask for two federal disaster declarations, the first from damage done by the ice storm, the second for flooding.
