LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A historic Louisville mansion is for sale for $3.6 million.

North of La Grange Road in Anchorage, the home, built in 1865, is more than 9,000 square feet with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It also features a tennis court, basketball court, movie theater and golf simulator.

It's listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

According to our partners at Louisville Business First, the home was built by Edward Hobbs 161 years ago as a wedding gift to his daughter and her new husband. The original estate, known as Valley View, was 160 acres.

Isaac Bernheim, who founded I.W. Harper, later owned the property and commissioned the fame Olmsted Brothers landscape architecture firm to redesign the grounds.

In later years, the original estate was divided into seven lots.
