POLICE: Man assaults three LMPD officers while being arrested

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man after officials say he assaulted three LMPD officers.

Bradley Miller, 21, was arrested Tuesday in the 3000 block of Taylor Boulevard, near Berry Boulevard.

An arrest report says that as officers were placing Miller under arrest, he did not follow one of the officer's instructions to stop resisting.

Officials say Miller kicked one of the officers in the stomach and legs. According to authorities, Miller "kicked and headbutted" the other two officers in the stomach and head.

Investigators say Miller admitted to assaulting the officers in a recorded statement.

Miller is charged with three counts of assault.

He is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections and is expected in court on Wednesday.
