LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police have arrested two Pulaski County men on charges related to child pornography.
According to a news release, 34-year-old John Hess Jr. and 36-year-old Donnie Edwards were arrested after a search warrant was served Tuesday, May 1 at a home in Somerset.
The men were taken into custody as a result of an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children unit.
Police say equipment used in the alleged crime was taken to a state police forensic lab to be examined.
Both men are charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Each count is a class-D felony and can result in between one and five years in prison.
Hess and Edwards are being held at the Pulaski County Jail.
