LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The overhaul of Dixie Highway is going to cause a new headache for drivers.
Work is currently being done in the southbound lanes from Heaton Road to Upper Hunter's Trace. But soon, the work zone for the $35 million project will be extended past that point.
As a result, the dedicated right turn lane from Upper Hunter's Trace to southbound Dixie Highway is being closed, and will stay closed for about a month, according to project officials.
