LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- LMPD issued a second notice Monday to the Occupy ICE protesters.
The group has been camped out along Seventh Street near West Broadway for more than a week.
LMPD said the protesters will have to get a permit to keep "non-vehicle items in the space." Police are also reminding them to move all personal items from law enforcement parking spaces.
The group has until 9 a.m. Tuesday to comply.
LMPD and Mayor Fischer already told the group it needs to free up four feet on the sidewalk to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The mayor's office said if the protesters don't comply, the city will give them a written notice and could take them to court.
