Louisville Bats prepare for 4th of July at Slugger Field

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – The Louisville Bats want people to celebrate the 4th of July with them.

Senior Vice President of the Bats, Greg Galiette, stopped by WDRB In The Morning to talk about the fun fourth activities happening this week at Louisville Slugger Field.

Tuesday, July 3rd will be the team’s fireworks game, and patriotic Bats hats will also be given away during the game.

Friday, July 6th is “Halloween Night” at Slugger Field.

Everyone is invited to dress in their best Halloween costume and Trick-or-Treat for free before the start of a game. The postgame fireworks will also have a Halloween theme.

Saturday, July 7th, the Louisville Mashers will make their return and visitors will get a brand new Louisville Masher’s Bourbon glass to take home.
