LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Most of us rely on computers every day, but a room full of new ones opens up a whole new world for some local students.
YouthBuild Louisville unveiled its new computer lab on Friday.
YouthBuild is an education and job training program for low-income young adults. It was put together with a $10,000 grant from AT&T Kentucky.
They'll use the computers to prepare for their computer-based GED tests, but that's not all.
"In long-term, it will help me be more accessible with technology and be more aware of what's really out there -- what can really be accessed especially with fine machines like these, to say the least," said student Zechariah McKenzie.
