Jerry Kincaid was 19 years old when he was drafted for World War II.

For the first time Kentucky Veterans Day Parade selected a woman veteran to serve as Grand Marshal.

The new setup will allow the public to drive past the parade units, which will be stationary. Organizers are calling it "A Drive Through a Corridor of Freedom."
