LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Cooler weather means many people are ready for a little comfort food. Â Kroger Chef Paul Dowell shows a fast, fool-proof recipe for a personal chicken pot pie made with roasted deli chicken.
Personal Chicken Pot Pies
Makes 6-10 oz. baking dishes.Â
  Â
1-10.5 oz. can   Kroger Cream of Celery Soup
1 can (use soup can)   Kroger ½ & ½Â
1 cup Kroger Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp.   Kroger Italian Grinder Seasoning
1 tsp.   Kosher Salt
1 Kroger Deli Whole Roasted Chicken (meat pulled & shredded)
1-15 oz. can Kroger No Salt Added Mixed Vegetables (drained)
1-7 oz. can Kroger Sliced Mushrooms (drained)
1-2 oz. jar   Kroger Diced Pimentos (drained)
6 Kroger Jumbo Butter Flavored Biscuits      Â

Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, combine cream of celery soup, ½ & ½, cheese, Italian seasoning & salt.  Mix well to blend.
Add in shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, mushrooms, & pimentos. Â Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Pour the chicken mixture evenly into the bottom of 6 small oven safe dishes (10-12 oz. dishes) & place on foil lined baking sheet. Â
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove dishes. Â Flatten & stretch 6 biscuits to fit the top of the dishes. Â Bake for 20 more minutes.
Remove from oven & everyone can enjoy their own personal pot pie!
