Louisville wedding photographer Chelsey Nelson filed a federal lawsuit to block the Fairness Ordinance

A Louisville wedding photographer is suing to block Louisville's Fairness Ordinance.
"Louisville cannot enforce the Fairness Ordinance against Nelson without unconstitutionally 'abridging her freedom of speech,'" the judge wrote.
The judge ruled the ordinance does not compel Nelson to offer her services.
