LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man was arrested after a friend found child pornography on a computer he loaned them.
Matthew Davis, 19, faces 20 counts of possession of child pornography.
Louisville Metro Police said Davis loaned a computer to a friend, who found at least 20 inappropriate photos of children under the age of 12.
The friend reported Davis. According to an arrest citation, Davis admitted the photos were his. He also told police he tried to delete them from his computer, "but was unsuccessful."
Davis was jailed on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court April 13 for his arraignment.
