There was chaos on New Cut Road near Iroquois Park early Sunday morning. Video shows cars doing burnouts in the street, which brought traffic to a halt.
In October 2023, LMPD said four people had died in the last year in street racing-related crashes.
LMPD is working to identify and arrest the person in the photo, as well as anyone else involved in Sunday's incident near Iroquois Park.
