LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville organization that helps make dreams come true for sick kids cooked for the cause Thursday evening.

The Dream Factory of Louisville hosted its "Celebs, Forks and Dreams" fundraiser event at Vincenzo's restaurant downtown.

Local celebrities serve a three-course meal, followed by an auction. All of the proceeds help make dreams a reality for critically or chronically ill children.

Dreams could be anything from a trip, to a concert, to an NFL game or even a trip to Disney. It's always free for the family.

"We know that big hearts can make big dreams come true," said Eileen Hornback, Dream Factory director of finance.

WDRB's own Keith Kaiser was among the crowd of celebrity servers.
