LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville is getting more than $7 million to help convert several downtown roads into two-way streets.
Sen. Mitch McConnell's office released information Monday about the federal funding. It's expected to be used to convert 2nd and 3rd streets into two-way streets.
Mayor Craig Greenberg said the project will also have new bike and turn lanes.
The funding comes from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
It's not clear when the project would start or how long it would take.
